Dan Turner is an energetic facilitator from Brisbane, Australia, whom draws upon universal source energy to guide him in being able to assist others to restore energetic balance within the Self on various levels – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. This is principally done using the sacred sound signatures of antique Tibetan Singing Bowls and various vibro-acoustic instruments such as gongs and chimes, in conjunction with other healing modalities (reiki, light, colours, sacred geometry, and pranayama – breath work). This short film wasn’t just about filming Dan, but rather conveying how his sound signatures were doing their thing on everyone in the room, including myself trying to stay focused on filming! It was an almost giddying experience.

At 100 Acts of Kindness Films, we’ve been working hard behind the scenes to help revive the dwindling tourism that has heavily impacted businesses in our communities as a result of the bush fires, the flooding and now the Coronavirus. When we heard about businesses struggling to stay afloat, we rolled up our sleeves, and have since been creating FREE promotional videos, worth thousands of dollars, for local businesses on a purely philanthropic basis.

And here is one of them. When Karen at Bygone Days contacted us about creating a movie for her business, we spent a few days getting to know her and her passion for all things vintage. Bygone Days is a delightful store of eclectic old-day items from lace to jewelry to clothing to telescopic eye-pieces, situated on the beautiful Gallery Walk, Tamborine Mountain.

Australian Bush Buddies – the movie

When I heard there would be an Aussie native wildlife demo at the local library, I thought I might be able to get a few seconds worth of good footage for the latest movie in the works “Rising from the fires in the Scenic Rim“. The experience was so magical, I just kept the film rolling and it turned into a little touching movie of it’s own. Wish I’d brought my proper audio gear with me to record her, Lou has an amazing presenting voice.

If you need a cinematic style movie produced for your business, give me a call. I’m based on the Scenic Rim and create movies on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and Sunny Coast, but can even travel to other parts of Australia such as Melbourne, Sydney, Perth, the ACT and the Northern Territory. My overheads are small, which keeps prices down.
